Strategically located near Al Zahia City Centre. Al Zahia development is an innovative, sustainably designed, 1,000,000 sqm community that is home to a variety of villas, townhouses and apartments, and neighbourhood parks spread across the development for unmatched recreation. Alpha Island Tech was a key participant in the third phase (Al Lilac) of luxury townhouses, which began its first launch in 2018.

Brief Scope and Execution of works

Alpha was chosen for the supply and installation of 11KV, LV Networking and street lighting services for the project phase 4A, 4B. Our brief scope for this project was as follows:

LV Network: LV Cables, LV Feeder pillars, Earthing System
11 kV Substation: Site investigations, installing 11kV Transformer Substations and associated cabling, earthing & firefighting, A/C, 11kV RMU, commissioning, testing & successful inspection by SEWA
Street lighting: Hot Dipped Galvanized poles, Fixtures, Feeder Pillars, Electrical networks, and all necessary accessories

All parts were coordinated smoothly and successful handover within agreed dates and all guarantees maintained.
